Prior to completing this form, please review the casting call package (click here) in order to ensure you meet the qualification requirements prior to submitting your audition and complete the NDA (click here) in order to access the script required for audition.

The Council makes no representations or warranties of any kind as to the information, content, procedures, materials or operation of the site where content will be uploaded.
